PUBLIC HEARING FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION

The Salem Township Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Trustee Meeting Room, 5270 US Route 22 & 3, Morrow, Ohio, on July 8th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the site plan review application of WBAB Holdings LLC., owner of record, for the property located at Route 22&3 sidwell/parcel Id 13-07-477-001, Salem Township, Warren County, Ohio.

This property is zoned Mixed-Use “MXU” and the owner desires to add a structure 60’ X 120’ for the landscape services use. The structure will have an office and equipment storage inside.
